How we work
A Florida company, and tents have limits
Hyacinth Harley Ventures LLC is a limited liability company registered in the State of Florida, document number L24000332473, filed in 2024, with registration details on public record with the Florida Division of Corporations.
A tent is a temporary structure, not a building. Every one has a manufacturer wind rating, and we will not install — or will take one down — when conditions exceed it, whatever is happening inside. Deciding to evacuate a tent in severe weather is the host's call, so have a written weather plan. We do not supply inflatables, staging, rigging or temporary power; those go to specialist licensed contractors.

The questions we get most
Do I need a permit for a tent?
Often, for larger tents or public events, including a fire marshal inspection. We check and arrange it in advance rather than letting it surface on the day.
What happens if it is windy?
Tents have wind ratings and we respect them. We will not install in conditions beyond the rating, and we will strike one if the forecast turns. That is not negotiable.
How many chairs do I actually need?
We work from your guest list and add a small margin, because someone always brings a plus one. We would rather send five spare than leave five people standing.
Can you set up on sand or asphalt?
Yes, with the right anchoring, which is exactly why we look at the site before quoting a tent.
Do you rent bounce houses?
No. Inflatable amusement devices are a specialist category and we refer those elsewhere.
When do you deliver and collect?
At agreed windows, and we aim to be ahead of your other vendors. Timing is stated in the quote, not left vague.
