Surface, slope, access and overheads.
Four categories for weddings, parties and corporate events, delivered and set up.
Anchoring depends entirely on what is underneath — grass, sand, asphalt or a slab all need different methods, which is why we look before quoting. Larger tents may need a permit and fire marshal inspection, and we arrange that rather than discovering it on the day.
Surface, slope, access and overheads.
To guest count and layout, not guesswork.
Arranged where required, in advance.
Anchored properly, checked before handover.
What shape suits the space and the meal.
From the real guest list, plus margin.
Set out, not stacked in a corner.
After the event, as agreed.
Round or banquet changes how many people fit and how the room flows, and most hosts order by instinct. We work from the actual guest count and a layout, and we deliver a small margin over it because somebody always brings a plus one.
A linen that is the wrong drop looks wrong in every photograph, and it is entirely a matter of matching cloth size to table size. We do that calculation for you, and we send spare glassware because glassware breaks.
Which decide the linen drop.
Colours and settings chosen.
With spares for breakage.
Counted on collection, with you.
Agreed with you and the venue.
Within the window, ahead of other vendors.
Placed and levelled, not dumped.
At the agreed time, counted.
Timing is the whole job. We deliver before the other vendors need the space, set up rather than leaving stacks, and agree a collection time that suits the venue — most complaints in this industry are about hours, not equipment.
